Cassandra Green was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer in March 2026.
Cass leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain including customer logistics & planning, procurement, operational excellence teams, as well as manufacturing, food safety and quality and supply chain category leadership. She is a member of the Operating Committee, which focuses on Board-level matters and the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. She reports to the CEO.
Cass joined the company in 2010 as a plant manager in Australia and has since held a variety of leadership roles across the organization, including being named Head of Supply Chain in November 2024. Her experience includes leading the company’s former fresh supply chain, overseeing manufacturing for the Meals & Beverages division and guiding the enterprise co-manufacturing strategy.
Before joining Campbell’s, Cass served as the Continuous Improvement Director Asia Pacific for Diageo. She began her career in supply chain at Rapford (a co-manufacturing business for branded consumer products) where she progressed into leadership roles.
Cass received her Bachelor of Manufacturing Management – Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
