Showing we care in communities coast-to-coast—that’s Campbell Cares Days of Service! During the 15th year of this annual initiative, our employees came together to give back and connect with the communities where we live and work.
From volunteering at local food banks in Camden, New Jersey to participating in community cleanups in Salem, Oregon, these events serve as a reminder of the impact we have on the communities we call home. Check out how our employees gave back this year.

We’ve been headquartered in Camden, New Jersey for over 150 years, and maintaining a strong connection to our hometown is important to us. We volunteered throughout the city with local organizations, finding creative ways to lend our time and talents.
“I’ve never seen anything quite like the special relationship between Camden and Campbell. We’ve been part of, and collaborated with, this community for over 150 years.” – CEO Mark Clouse

Employees in Napoleon, Ohio participated in our Campbell Cares Backpack program, where employees decorated tote bags with inspiring and uplifting messages to donate to food banks where guests can use them as shopping bags. They also collected and donated food for these organizations.
Campbell Snacks are better when shared—which is why our employees in Charlotte, North Carolina donated snacks as part of their service projects!
Employees in Paris, Texas collected and donated bags full of goods to a local organization for their project.
Hanover, Pennsylvania is the birthplace of Snyder’s of Hanover pretzels and home to many caring Campbell Snacks employees who volunteered during our days of service.
Employees in Lakeland, Florida know how to show up and care for their community.
On the West Coast, employees in Salem, Oregon chose volunteer projects focused on taking care of the planet we share. Multiple teams worked to clean up the streets surrounding our facility and the banks of a nearby creek.
While our employees volunteer and demonstrate care year-round, Campbell Cares Days of Service provide teams with an annual opportunity to volunteer together. Projects across our locations vary, allowing each site and every employee to participate in ways that are meaningful to them, and benefit the communities they call home.
