Clay can’t think of any relationship in his life that didn’t start with some type of food gathering. So, it only makes sense he’s been able to develop his career working at our plant in Paris, Texas.

He joined our team over eight years ago as a production operator. Through our tuition assistance program, Clay was able to earn his degree and grow his career—and now he’s an industrial engineer!

Clay’s job is to find ways to improve processes or provide cost savings for future projects. He walks the plant floor every day to make sure we have the safest and most successful place possible.

“Everything that I do evolves around quality and safety,” says Clay.
