Jeff Dunn, President of our Campbell Fresh division, was on stage last week with food industry peers and thought leaders at Aspen Ideas Festival in Colorado.
Topics ranged from the changing food system to consumers’ increasing interest in how food is made.
One hot topic was the future of the food industry and the intersection of food, agriculture and technology. Panelists and moderators discussed the need to have a healthy food system and how creative solutions will come from entrepreneurs.
Jeff said, “It’s not just product companies, it’s technology companies, information companies—people are de-aggregating the food system and putting it back together in really different ways.”
The Aspen Ideas Festival, hosted by the Aspen Institute, is a summit for global leaders across many disciplines to engage in deep and thought-provoking discussion of the ideas and issues that impact our society.
