CAMDEN, NJ, November 16, 2000 — Campbell Soup Company (NYSE:CPB) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its capital stock of 22.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable January 31, 2001 to shareowners of record at the close of business on January 5, 2001.
