At a glance: 5 ways we made an impact this past year

Sustainability
A snapshot of how Campbell’s is advancing responsible sourcing, packaging, development of our people, nutrition, and community impact.

We are committed to having a positive impact on our planet, communities, and people. Our 2026 Corporate Responsibility Report reflects the progress we’ve made, and the work still ahead as we continue integrating responsible practices into how we operate.

Check out these highlights from this year’s report:

1. Achieved goal of sourcing more than 50% of tomatoes, potatoes, and wheat through sustainable agriculture programs.

More than half of the tomato and potato growers we work with have implemented regenerative practices. This milestone represents years of system-level collaboration with farmers and ingredient suppliers.

2. 95% of our packaging, by weight, now has recyclable or industrially compostable designs and materials.

We continue to make progress toward our packaging commitments and are on track to transition to 100% recyclable by 2030 (calendar year). We are investing in packaging innovations that improve recyclability and reduce environmental impact. For example, we removed non-recyclable barrier material from 38oz. and 45oz. Prego PET bottles, making over 31 million bottles recyclable.

3. Ranked as a top 10 global food company in the Access to Nutrition 2024 Global Index.

We are expanding better-for-you food and beverage options that balance nutrition, taste, and affordability. We are committed to meeting consumers’ growing demand for better-for-you options with simpler, recognizable ingredients and are continuing to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Launched our Emerge to Win program for aspiring leaders.

Investing in our people is key to the strength of our culture. In 2025, we launched this new leadership development program to provide training for individual contributors with the potential to be future people managers. This program is one way we’re helping create consistent leadership expectations and capabilities across our organization.

5. Over 5,500 employees participated in our giving programs, contributing over 27,000 volunteer hours, and we matched $1.8M in donations.

We understand that our impact extends beyond the food we make to the communities we serve. We remain committed to strengthening and empowering the places we call home and ensuring our employees are engaged and connected to our values.

We know we have more work to do, but these highlights show how we’re making meaningful progress.
