Cassandra Green joined the company in 2010 and was named Senior Vice President, Head of Supply Chain in November 2024.
Cass oversees the company’s end-to-end supply chain including customer logistics & planning, procurement, operational excellence teams, as well as manufacturing and supply chain category leadership.
Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Category Leadership in support of both the Snacks and Meals & Beverages divisions. Cass has extensive consumer-packaged goods experience and has held roles of increasing responsibility in supply chain leadership including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and customer service. Her first role at Campbell’s was working as a plant manager.
Before joining Campbell’s, Cass served as the Continuous Improvement Director Asia Pacific for Diageo. She began her career in supply chain at Rapford (a co-manufacturing business for branded consumer products) where she progressed into leadership roles.
Cass received her Bachelor of Manufacturing Management – Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
