Diane Leeming, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Head of Talent, Inclusion and Diversity, joined the company in 2023 and leads our talent center of excellence.  

Diane leads Campbell’s talent management, including our talent acquisition team, inclusion & diversity work, and learning and development programs. Diane reports to the Chief People and Culture Officer.

Before she joined the company, Diane was Vice President of Global Talent at Zebra Technologies. Prior to that, Diane was Senior Vice President of Talent at Brookdale Senior Living and AMITA Health. In addition to her experience in technology and healthcare, Diane spent almost a decade in the food industry at Kraft Foods, as well as working at Exelon Corporation and ABN AMRO global financial services.

Diane earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Loyola University Chicago and her Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
