Elizabeth was named Executive Vice President and President of Snacks in May 2025.
Elizabeth leads the Snacks division, which includes iconic brands like Cape Cod, Goldfish, Kettle Brand, Lance, Late July, Pepperidge Farm, Snack Factory, and Snyder’s of Hanover. She is a member of the Operating Committee, which focuses on Board-level matters and the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. She reports to the CEO.
Most recently, Elizabeth was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Campbell’s Company of Canada for three years. In that role, she delivered top-tier results including significant revenue and earnings growth. Her team also led the successful launch of new products into the Canadian market including limited-edition Goldfish varieties and innovation like Kettle Brand Air Fried potato chips. Elizabeth joined Campbell’s in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of the Transformation Office, leading company strategy.
Prior to Campbell’s, Elizabeth worked at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on global consumer goods and the retail sector. In addition, she was a Vice President, Operations at Home Chef, one of North America’s fastest-growing meal kit companies at the time, acquired by Kroger in 2018.
Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree in Classical and Middle East studies from The University of St. Andrews in Scotland, a Master of Arts in Chinese studies from The University of Sheffield in England, and a Master of Arts in History from Yale University.
