George Vindiola joined the company in 2016 and was named Senior Vice President, Enterprise Research & Development in July 2025.
George leads our Research & Development (R&D) function, including strategy, product development, as well as regulatory, nutrition, and culinary teams. He reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
George joined Campbell’s to support R&D for the Pepperidge Farm brands and, in 2018, was named Vice President, R&D for the Snacks division. In this role, he has led innovation across iconic brands including Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, and Cape Cod, as well as the company’s Latin America and global exports businesses. He continues to oversee R&D for the Snacks division today.
With extensive experience in the food industry, George began his career at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay where he spent 20 years in a variety of roles spanning innovation pipeline development, pilot plant operations, and product commercialization.
George earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station. He serves on the board of directors of The American Bakers Association.
