Jennifer works as a Senior Nutrition Scientist with the Nutrition team at Campbell’s, where she has worked since 2012. She provides nutrition support and collaborates with culinary, product development as well as sales and marketing partners within Foodservice business units and retail specialty brands.
What I do at Campbell’s: I provide nutritional guidance to our team so they can create delicious and innovative product and menu solutions.
What I love about my job: Being part of such a large group of passionate, talented individuals who help bring great tasting nutrition to life.
My favorite Campbell’s product: Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth is my staple for scratch cooking during weekly meal prep.
Education and background: I received my Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Psychology from Saint Elizabeth University and am certified as a School Nutrition Specialist through the School Nutrition Association. Prior to working at Campbell, I worked as a Product Nutrition Data Specialist.
