Mike Pierson, Chief Customer Officer for Snacks, joined the company in 2019.
Mike leads U.S. retail sales for Snacks, including digital commerce, revenue management, strategy, and all front-line customer management and direct store delivery (DSD) selling operations. In this key position, Mike is responsible for driving growth across our portfolio of Snacks brands, including Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, and Cape Cod. He is also responsible for retail sales for the Latin America and Global Exports business. Mike reports to the President of the Snacks division.
With over 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry, Mike has served in sales leadership and strategy positions across a diverse list of companies and categories, including PepsiCo, Materne North America, and Acosta.
Prior to Mike joining the Snacks division, his Meals & Beverages salesforce was recognized with the Shelby Award for Inclusion & Diversity in 2022. Mike also serves as an executive sponsor for the Network of Executive Women and serves on the Board of Governors for St. Joseph’s University Academy of Food Marketing.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Bonaventure University.
