Stewart Lindsay, Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer, joined the company in 2021 and was named Chief Sustainability Officer in 2023.

Stewart leads Campbell’s Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CRS) strategy and programs, including environmental sustainability and sustainable agriculture. His team works with all aspects of the business, from procurement to marketing, operations to governance, to achieve environmental and sustainability goals.

Before joining the company, Stewart was the managing director of corporate engagement at The Nature Conservancy where he worked with major global companies to integrate conservation into their business models, advance environmental markets and sustainability practices in key industries and geographies. 

Prior to that, Stewart led the global sustainability function at Bunge Limited, a global agribusiness and food company where he built and developed the company’s sustainability strategy. He began his career in communications in Edelman’s corporate practice.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
